Programme director Wim De Witte and his extensive selection committee selected 116 feature films, three television series and 40 short films from an overwhelming range of more than 1,200 submitted films and from more than 150 films from the selections of Berlin, Cannes, Karlovy Vary, Locarno, San Sebastian, Toronto, Telluride and a number of other festivals.
